ShUIE = SharePoint User Interface Extender

It allows you to dynamically (according to context) insert JavaScript and CSS into any SharePoint page.

Thought I&#039;d point out two things: First, STSDev isn&#039;t actually my project, I just tweaked a few things in it to meet my needs. Second, STSDev automatically rebuilds manifest.xml and SolutionPackage.ddf as part of the build process, so your step 5 isn&#039;t really necessary.
